Seby John2024-09-09My mother was suffering from severe pain in both her legs for about 5-6 months. We consulted numerous doctors but no one was able to diagnose the problem. She then one day had to be admitted in emergency at manipal hospital coz she suffered partial paralysis in her lower limbs. From there on, Dr. Anurag Saxena took over the case and was finally able to assess that she had a spinal fistula. We were told that it’s a really rare condition where blood flow to the lower body gets obstructed, because of which her legs had stopped functioning. Surgery was the only way forward. Dr. Anurag helped us understand the whole procedure. He was very professional in his approach and addressed all our queries. Dr. Anurag conducted the surgery as planned. Post surgery my mother’s recovery has been very optimistic. Within a couple of weeks she’s been able to walk again and is now on the road to recovery. Throughout this process Dr. Anurag Saxena and his coordinator Ms. Sarabjeet have been of great help.
